Claro Recruitment Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is hiring a fully remote Accountant in a permanent work-from-home role. You will join a small, structured team supporting SME clients, handling financial statements, tax returns, BAS and payroll tax while managing deadlines and building client relationships.

The role offers exposure to advisory and CFO-style work within a remote-enabled environment, with optional in-person induction and social events covered by the firm.

Qualificações

• 4+ years’ experience in business services.
• CA or CPA qualification, or currently studying.
• Strong knowledge across tax and compliance.
• Experience reviewing work and supporting junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS and payroll tax.
• Manage compliance deadlines across client base.
• Assist with management reporting and advisory work.
• Support on tax matters including GST, CGT, FBT and Div 7A.
• Review work and mentor junior staff.
• Work with clients and support ongoing relationships.
