Job summary

MTX is seeking an experienced Salesforce lead in Queensland, Australia, to oversee design, development, and integration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You will mentor junior staff, guide strategic enhancements, and ensure high client satisfaction while owning all technical support items.

The role requires 8+ years of Salesforce implementation, strong architecture sense, and collaboration with business teams to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of web app design, patterns and OO design.
• Experience with Jenkins, Maven, and automated unit testing.
• Post-production support in Managed Services.
• Omnistudio / Vlocity experience is a plus.
• Experience with Public Sector Clouds industries (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead MTX Salesforce support and maintenance with design, development and integration oversight.
• Plan strategic Salesforce enhancements and refine the backlog.
• Mentor junior team members to ensure client satisfaction.
• Own all technical support items and provide specialised Salesforce development expertise.
• Lead in Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather client requirements for customized solutions.
• Participate in architecture development and design.
• Develop and maintain technical solutions following best practices.
• Perform code reviews to ensure coding standards.
• Troubleshoot issues during project lifecycle and manage risks with mitigation plans.
• Support data migration using Data Loader and related tools.
• Drive Agile project execution with leadership and collaboration.
• Balance client needs with technical best practices.
