Qualifications

• Proven experience as a COO with P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading managers and scaling a multi-department organization.
• Able to professionalize a founder-led business and reduce founder dependency.

Responsabilités

• Own company-wide operational performance and execution.
• Lead functional managers and drive accountability.
• Develop KPI frameworks, scorecards and management reporting.
• Establish weekly, monthly and quarterly operating rhythms.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Sales, Marketing, Client Success and Technology.
• Plan workforce structure and organizational design.
• Identify and resolve performance issues promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems.
• Manage P&L performance and the drivers behind it.
