Job summary

Konekt is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support clients recovering from injury or illness, helping them navigate recovery, return to work and wellness. You will assess needs, advise on workplace modification, and co-design tailored plans to restore independence and return-to-work goals.

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA (provisional acceptable) and professional membership
• Full Australian working rights
• WWCC (Working with Children Check)
• Ability to coordinate across stakeholders and settings

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ rehabilitation needs through physical, ergonomic, psychosocial or functional capacity evaluations
• Provide expert advice on workplace modification and return-to-work processes
• Co-design and deliver tailored rehabilitation plans with measurable goals
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for sustainable outcomes
• Coordinate end-to-end cases with workplaces, healthcare providers and insurers
