Job summary

Perpetual Corporate Trust in Sydney seeks a Quality Assurance Associate to support the Document Custody team with QA reviews, compliance inquiries, and data governance activities. Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, including quality reviews and control walkthroughs in regulated settings.
• Experience in operational processing and client service, especially with mortgage or security documents.
• Strong attention to detail and judgement; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Complete monthly quality reviews of incoming security documents for clients.
• Review work by new team members during verification and data entry training.
• Coordinate security document packets for client securitisation audits.
• Respond to investigations, complaints, and legal notices including client follow-up.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and risk controls; support testing.
• Perform data reconciliations and keep Content Manager records accurate.
• Support vendor governance and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
