The role requires coordinating subcontractors, managing contracts and documentation, and maintaining clear client communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or similar construction administration role.
• Experience in residential or commercial construction.
• Strong project coordination skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple construction projects and monitor schedules.
• Assist Project Managers with daily coordination activities.
• Prepare subcontractor packages and coordinate trade sequencing.
• Issue construction drawings and relevant documentation to subcontractors.
• Prepare RFQs and evaluate quotations, maintain registers.
• Maintain project documentation and contract administration.
• Coordinate client liaison and provide project updates.
