Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking a highly organised Project Accountant to manage financials for multiple property development and construction projects. You will handle project accounting, reporting, accounts administration, and compliance while partnering with operations to ensure accurate outcomes.

You will support month-end, cash flow forecasting, and audit requirements, working with Jobpac Connect, SunSystems, and Estate Master to maintain data integrity across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience completing month-end and year-end close.
• 3–5 years accounting experience covering AP/AR, bank reconciliations, journals, and GL reconciliations.
• Experience with Jobpac Connect or similar construction ERP and with SunSystems.
• Knowledge of Australian GST and BAS preparation.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jobpac Connect including budgets, cost codes, and GL structures.
• Process supplier and subcontractor invoices and manage AP/AR activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare payment runs.
• Prepare project financial reports with costs to date and variances.
• Support cash flow forecasting, audits, and compliance tasks.
