Job summary

XPT Software Australia PTY Ltd is seeking a Program Delivery lead for Finance and Commercial with baseline responsibilities. This remote role focuses on end-to-end program design, delivery schedules, budgets, resource and vendor engagements across banking and financial domains.

You will drive cadence, governance, risk management, and steering committee reporting while coordinating multiple stakeholders and maintaining timelines and financial forecasts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program design and delivery including schedules, milestones, budgets and contracts.
• Drive delivery cadence and monitoring across stakeholders and vendors.
• Provide governance through steering committees and status reporting.
• Develop and maintain timelines, resource plans and financial forecasts.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with multiple business units to ensure alignment on scope.

This is a remote position.

Management and oversight of the end-to-end program design and delivery - schedule and milestones, budget, resource, vendor engagements, contracts management

Drive delivery cadence and tracking

Ensure strong governance – preparing and leading program delivery and steering committee meetings to drive best practice delivery

Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders including vendors

Develop and maintain timeline/schedule

Develop and maintain resource plan

Financial forecast & budgeting

Identify issues, risks and develop mitigation plans

Provide input to the steering committee and regular progress/status reporting

Skills & Experience:

Experience in managing an end-end Payments related transformation Programs

Payment’s domain knowledge is a mandatory requirement to be considered

Experience leading Cross-Functional teams

A solid Risk & Governance mindset – experienced applying delivery frameworks

Experience with various project methodologies, specifically working in an Agile environment

Strong stakeholder management – able to liaise with multiple stakeholders of all levels across multiple lines of business
