Booz Allen in Melbourne, Australia seeks a Senior Product Security Manager to grow the Product Security practice within the Commercial Team. You will help define standards and requirements for services and solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive security across client projects from design to deployment.

You will educate engineering teams on cybersecurity best practices, develop KPIs/KRIs, and lead a team of Product Security Engineers and Architects to improve secure-by-design

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience leading teams in Product Security.
• 5+ years of experience with application/product development and implementing software security solutions.
• 3+ years securing embedded systems, physical products, or hardware environments.
• 1+ years of experience with reverse engineering tools such as Ghidra or IDA Pro.
• Experience with managing across SDLC, vulnerability management and modern development tools/ frameworks.
• Experience developing and securing software with code scanning tools and CI/CD pipelines.

• Lead, hire, and inspire teams of Product Security Engineers and Architects.
• Perform security posture assessments of development and operational systems.
• Provide remediation plans and implement tools, technologies, and processes to enhance security of applications and products.
• Educate client software and product engineering teams on cybersecurity best practices.
• Help define KPIs/KRIs relevant to product cybersecurity goals.
• Support sales processes and enable business development.
• Collaborate with market and sales teams across client projects.
