Amazon Corporate Services Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Security Program Manager to lead deployment and integration of physical security systems across AWS datacenters. You will guide cross-functional teams spanning design, construction, networking, and software engineering to ensure secure, scalable infrastructure.

In this role you will own end-to-end lifecycle, from architecture through handoff, mentor engineers, manage vendors, and drive enterprise-grade security.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, design
• Experience working cross functionally with tech teams
• 7+ years of program or project experience in data center physical security or complex system integrations
• Experience managing people or leading technical teams with coaching and resource allocation
• Deep understanding of physical security standards, IP networking, and data center operations

Mansioni

• Manage budget and end-to-end design, implementation, and handoff of enterprise physical security systems across global datacenters
• Lead cross-functional coordination with software, network engineering, and operations to test and integrate security technologies
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, onboarding, QA/QC, and service delivery for infrastructure security projects
• Standardize deployments to align with modular build speeds and drive cost reductions
• Communicate program status and risk mitigation plans to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Mentor technical personnel and cross-functional teams to foster a high-performing, inclusive environment
