Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) to help shape how AI interprets real-world clinical workflows and documentation. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible hours and the chance to impact healthcare AI research.

You will evaluate AI-generated clinical content, apply nursing expertise, and provide structured feedback to improve AI safety and accuracy. Work independently across projects.

Qualifications

• Active RN or equivalent clinical background.
• Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner).
• Knowledge of nursing informatics and clinical documentation workflows.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability.
• Assess whether AI outputs reflect sound clinical reasoning and best practices.
• Identify gaps or errors in AI-generated healthcare content and provide actionable feedback.
• Translate frontline nursing knowledge into insights for better AI understanding of EHRs and documentation.
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments.
