Job summary

Pfizer Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Pharmacy Health Representative to drive sales in Pharmacy Strategic Accounts and ensure stores execute agreed plans from Head Office. You will build strong relationships with pharmacies, meet metric targets, and deliver Pfizer’s brands with strong business acumen and service.

You will engage with store owners, pharmacists, and buyers, provide in-store product information, and participate in meetings to optimise performance across Strategic Accounts,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years sales experience in Retail Pharmacy or as a pharmacist.
• Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Ability to prepare and present professionally for key meetings and presentations.
• Solid negotiation skills and the ability to influence others.
• Ability to analyse data/market information and draw actionable conclusions.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to cultivate relationships throughout an organisation (internal/external).
• Competent computer skills, including use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Current Driver’s Licence is essential.
• Some outside normal hours including weekends or evenings may be required.
• Some interstate travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives by meeting reach & frequency targets.
• Optimise execution of Strategic Account Plans.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel in the pharmacy environment.
• Provide input to initiatives and reporting on store performance.
• Ensure timely implementation of programmed sales activity in Stores of Strategic Accounts.
• Maintain product knowledge and pharmacy business knowledge for promoted brands.
• Ensure compliance with all activities and company policies.
• Provide in-store product information and merchandising for assigned Group pharmacies.
• Manage personal expenses within guidelines.
• Participate in state and national team communications and Pfizer IAT meetings.
