Job summary

Nc Associates Ltd is seeking an organised Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeper for a part-time role, initially 2 days per week with fully remote arrangements. You will support accounts payable, basic record-keeping, reconciliations and month-end processes within a growing business.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote setup. MYOB experience, Excel skills and strong communication will help you manage supplier invoices, ledgers and data

Qualifications

• End-to-end accounts payable or general finance administration
• Completing bank or balance sheet reconciliations
• Hand‑on experience with MYOB (or similar systems)
• Microsoft Excel and general data management
• A knack for identifying errors, investigating discrepancies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing vendor queries

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable – Process supplier invoices and approvals
• Ledger Integrity – Reconciliations for bank, cards, ledgers
• Month-End Support – Journal entries, accruals, balancing ledgers
• Accounts Receivable – Invoices and debtor follow-up
• Data & Records – Maintain confidential finance records
• Query Resolution – Resolve discrepancies with staff, managers, suppliers
• Process Improvement – Improve finance systems and workflows
