Job summary

Scott Shorter Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced SEM specialist for a part-time remote role in Australia. You will lead day-to-day management, optimisation and strategic development of paid advertising campaigns across a portfolio of clients, with a focus on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Shopping campaigns.

You’ll analyse performance data, build Looker Studio reports, and clearly communicate strategy and results to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing paid ads campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate into strategy for clients.
• Experience with Shopping campaigns and Merchant Center required.
• Strong landing page understanding and conversion scoring.
• Excellent client-facing communication in plain English.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Manage Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) campaigns.
• Manage and optimise Meta/Facebook Ads where applicable.
• Build and optimise Google Shopping & Merchant Center campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, bid strategy and CPA/ROAS optimisation.
• Analyse performance and report insights to clients.
• Develop Looker Studio dashboards and client-ready reports.
• Communicate strategy and results to clients clearly.
