Job summary

Health Justice Australia is seeking an Operations & Governance Coordinator (or Lead) to keep our national organisation running smoothly while supporting governance and operational functions across Australia.

The role offers part-time, remote work with flexible arrangements and a salary package from about AUD 92,000 (including superannuation). Appointment at Coordinator or Lead level will depend on experience and scope.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating work across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in a changing environment.
• Proactive approach with initiative.
• Interest in governance, operations or organisational coordination.
• Experience with board governance, grants administration, Salesforce, SharePoint, or Monday.com is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance activities and ensure agendas, papers and minutes are accurate.
• Manage organisational systems, workflows, contracts and compliance records.
• Support CEO/Deputy CEO with priorities and logistics.
• Coordinate grants, tenders, reporting, meetings, travel and events.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Look for continuous improvements to processes and templates.
