You will collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and multimedia developers to design and build digital courses that meet high pedagogical standards.

Responsibilities include conceiving instructional frameworks, creating engaging activities, and ensuring accessibility (WCAG) while leveraging LMS tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years designing and developing online courses and digital learning content.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design instructional frameworks for new online courses.
• Develop engaging learning activities, assessments, and multimedia content within the LMS.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into effective online modules.
• Ensure materials meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and QA guidelines.
• Stay updated with trends in instructional design and online pedagogy.
