Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Early Years Consultant to guide curriculum development, pedagogical approaches, and best practices in early childhood education. This fully remote role enables advising educational institutions from a distance and shaping high-quality early learning programs.

You will deliver virtual trainings, translate research into practical recommendations, and collaborate with diverse clients to drive positive outcomes in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or Educational Leadership.
• Experience in leading and managing early years settings or programs.
• Proven ability to consult, advise, and implement change in educational contexts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a flair for virtual presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation and strategic advice on early childhood education programs and policies.
• Develop and refine curricula, pedagogical frameworks, and assessment strategies for early years settings.
• Conduct virtual assessments of existing programs and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Deliver training and workshops virtually to educators and administrators on best practices.
• Stay abreast of current research and trends in early childhood development and education, translating them into practical advice.

Education

Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or Educational Leadership
