Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to help train and evaluate AI systems in healthcare. You will bring real-world nursing knowledge to ensure AI understands nursing workflows, EHR documentation, and patient care processes.

You will review AI outputs, identify gaps, and provide actionable feedback to improve AI training datasets, working independently on a flexible schedule in a fully remote, hourly contract role.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and informatics exposure.
• Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and clinical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical concepts in writing.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and real-world relevance.
• Assess how well AI reflects clinical workflows and documentation practices.
• Identify gaps or unsafe assumptions in AI outputs related to nursing and health informatics.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve AI training datasets.
