easykind is seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners to join our telehealth team across Australia. You will conduct comprehensive remote assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide ongoing clinical care to patients wherever they are located.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as Nurse Practitioner.
• Specialisation in Primary Health, Aged Care or Palliative Care.
• Minimum 2 years in remote or rural healthcare settings.
• Ability to work autonomously outside hospital environment.
• National police certificate and Ochre Card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth nursing assessments and care plans.
• Provide home-based nursing interventions including wound care and IV therapy.
• Monitor patients remotely and report to the physician as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliant care.
