Qualifikationen

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (or eligibility).
• Graduate Diploma or equivalent beyond entry to practice relevant to the specialty area.
• Advanced clinical knowledge and nursing management skills.
• Experience managing human, material and financial resources.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Well-developed understanding of social and cultural factors influencing health care.

Aufgaben

• Lead the day-to-day management of the Alyangula/Angurugu Primary Health Care Centre.
• Provide expert clinical leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee human, material and financial resources to deliver high-quality, safe care.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, risk management and quality across the health centre.
• May participate in a 24/7 on-call roster and travel to remote communities as required.
