You will assess and manage diverse cases, provide specialist advice on care coordination, and act as a clinical resource within a multidisciplinary team. The position offers accommodation and relocation support in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Endorsed Nurse Practitioner with NMBA registration.
• Master’s qualification or NMBA-determined equivalent.
• AQF Level 8 postgraduate qualification as outlined in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage complex health needs within approved scope.
• Provide care planning advice and coordinate care for patients with complex presentations.
• Lead and educate team; contribute to quality improvements and research.
