Job summary

Wellspace Australia is seeking experienced NDIS Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches for a flexible, Australia-wide role. We offer strong systems, leadership support and a fully remote model across Australia.

You will work to deliver quality participant outcomes with autonomy, supported by established templates, governance and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Support Coordination or related roles within the disability sector.
• Strong understanding of the NDIS and the ability to navigate complex participant situations.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant roles.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check desirable.
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.

Due to continued participant demand and growth, Wellspace Australia is seeking experienced Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches across Australia.

Wellspace Australia is a national registered NDIS provider specialising exclusively in Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching. We currently support more than 1,200 participants across Australia and operate a fully remote model designed for experienced practitioners.

note: This is not an entry-level position. Applicants should have a strong understanding of the NDIS and experience working within the disability sector. Experience in Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, Local Area Coordination, NDIS Planning, Social Work, Disability Case Management, or a similar role is highly desirable.

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrated experience in Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, Local Area Coordination, NDIS Planning, Social Work, Disability Case Management, or a similar role within the disability sector
• Strong understanding of the NDIS and ability to navigate complex participant situations
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities effectively
• High standards of documentation, compliance and professional practice
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Reliable, organised and confident in your role
• Relevant qualification (Certificate IV or above in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy or similar)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, Local Area Coordination, NDIS Planning, Social Work, Disability Case Management, or a similar disability-sector role
