Stanton & Treby Pty Ltd, a family-owned sales agency, is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of national pharmacy banner groups across Australia. You will develop account strategies, negotiate promotions, and build durable client partnerships while aligning with field and executive sales teams.

This full-time role offers flexible work-from-home arrangements and interstate travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as National Account Manager or Key Account Manager within the Pharmacy channel.
• Established relationships with pharmacy banner groups and head office buying teams.
• A proven history of delivering on set budgets and driving sales growth
• Strong negotiation skills and a sound understanding of trading terms, promotional planning and ranging
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• The ability to use sales data, scan data and client information to develop strategic customer business plans
• A self-motivated, driven and goal-oriented approach, with the discipline to work autonomously from home
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to think laterally to achieve business outcomes
• Intermediate Microsoft skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience with a sales CRM system and Canva is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of national pharmacy banner groups
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key banner group decision makers and client brands
• Develop and implement account plans and sales strategies to achieve client and business goals
• Negotiate promotional programs, catalogue activity, ranging and new product listings
• Analyse sales performance and provide insights and recommendations to clients and the internal team
• Work closely with the field sales team to ensure account strategies are executed in store
• Prepare and present business reviews to customers and clients
• Collaborate with the wider team to identify any issues or concerns relating to client strategies
• Represent Stanton & Treby at industry events and banner group conferences
• This role requires regular travel, including interstate and overnight stays. A full driver's licence is required.
