Job summary

Alignerr is seeking MPH graduates to train AI models on public health content and policy analysis. This fully remote hourly contract offers flexible weekly hours and the chance to influence how health information is presented by AI systems.

You will design complex health scenarios, author evidence-based responses, and audit AI outputs for accuracy and bias in collaboration with researchers and policy experts.

Qualifications

• Masters in Public Health (MPH) or MSPH or closely related graduate degree.
• Strong foundation in epidemiology/biostatistics/health policy.
• Analytical writing translating health data to clear information.
• High precision when checking citations and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex public health scenarios including disease outbreaks and equity assessments.
• Author ground-truth, step-by-step responses synthesizing peer-reviewed research and guidelines (CDC/WHO).
• Technically audit AI health advice for accuracy, bias, and ethical standards.
• Refine model reasoning to distinguish correlation and causation and communicate risks to diverse populations.
