Bransgroves Lawyers Pty Ltd is seeking a Fully Remote Home Mortgage Advance Solicitor to handle commercial mortgage advances across Australia. The firm operates virtually with a small North Sydney office and relies on cloud-based tools; this is a work-from-home role with a NSW/QLD/VIC/SA practising certificate requirement.

• One to four years post-admission experience.
• Current practising certificate in NSW, Queensland, Victoria or South Australia.
• Prior mortgage or property finance experience is advantageous and training will be provided.

• Collaborate with Associates and paralegal to manage matters efficiently and independently as you gain experience.
