Job summary

Toast is seeking a Menu Onboarding Consultant to work with restaurant owners during Go-Live, configuring and optimizing their Toast setup for successful launch and ongoing success.

You will deploy onboarding plans, train staff, and coordinate across teams while handling multiple onboarding projects, including 80+ restaurants in your region. Remote role with options for Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane bases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a role focused on customer satisfaction and business operations with long-term relationships (4–6 weeks+).
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant owners during Go-Live to build onboarding plans within the timeline and budget.
• Develop best practices for daily restaurant operations to manage labor and food costs and guest relationships.
• Consult with clients to determine configuration needs before go-live and communicate needs to project resources.
• Configure onboarding remotely while documenting go-live processes and deviations from best practices.
• Create and lead onboarding training for restaurant staff on Toast product and workflows.
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements, including 80+ restaurants in your region.
