Job summary

Volga Partners is seeking medical students and clinicians to evaluate AI-generated healthcare information. This remote, project-based contractor role focuses on assessing clinical reasoning, accuracy, and evidence, with feedback to improve AI models.

Eligible candidates include General Practice, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, NP, and PA trainees. Compensation is hourly ($15–$35) and varies by specialty and experience, with international opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in the third or fourth year of a recognized medical degree program, an eligible medical internship or residency, or an advanced NP/PA program with clinical training.
• Clinical focus in General Practice, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, NP or PA pathways is ideal.
• Strong medical knowledge, analytical thinking, and evidence-based reasoning are required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated medical content for factual accuracy and clinical relevance.
• Assess AI-driven differential diagnoses and treatment explanations for medical soundness.
• Identify inaccuracies and provide evidence-based feedback with sources.
• Research medical literature and guidelines to validate findings.
• Analyze hypothetical patient cases and interpret clinical data to evaluate AI outputs.
• Follow project rubrics, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
• Complete evaluations on designated platforms with independence and accuracy.
