Qualifications

• Experience in operations management with broad operational responsibility.
• Practical experience in procurement, supplier management, inventory control, logistics and warehouse operations.
• Experience overseeing distribution centres, multi-site operations or warehouse teams.
• Strong process improvement, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and written and verbal English communication.
• Confidence using business systems, monitoring performance and preparing operational reports.
• Ability to work independently, coordinate competing priorities and communicate effectively with Australian management.
• Willingness and ability to travel to Australia approximately every 12 weeks for at least two weeks per visit.

Responsibilities

• Procurement, Inventory & Logistics: Manage local and international purchasing, supplier relationships, order schedules and delivery commitments.
• Oversee inventory levels, stock forecasting, warehouse transfers and slow-moving or critical stock across both sites.
• Coordinate domestic and international freight, monitor shipments and improve delivery performance while reducing costs.
• Ensure customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
