Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Finance & Operations Manager to oversee financial admin, payroll, and project profitability for Australian contracting and property entities. The role requires proactive management and automation improvements, working with Directors and advisers.

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor engagement with responsibilities across budgeting, reporting, and financial controls, aligned to Sydney business hours. Candidates in the Philippines are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required.
• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance administration or operations management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance administration, reporting and payroll for Australian contracting and property entities.
• Prepare BAS, manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with accuracy.
• Maintain fixed assets, depreciation schedules and monthly reporting packs.
