Job summary

Kennedy Reid is sourcing a Liability Claims Specialist for a Sydney-based role. You will manage end-to-end Public Liability and Professional Indemnity claims within a start-up insurance company established in the UK, now operating in Australia.

The position offers hybrid work with two days remote per week and a salary range of AUD 100k–150k plus super, plus a 10% bonus, depending on experience. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in liability/casualty claims and can work autonomously or in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience managing liability/casualty claims.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Open to insurer or private practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Public Liability and Professional Indemnity claims from end to end.
• Liaise with all stakeholders involved.
• Prepare formal responses, make decisions on claims, and process payments.
