Job summary

HealthCare Logic Pty Ltd in Australia seeks a Junior DevOps Engineer to support deployment and infrastructure workflows on a full-time basis. The role focuses on robust CI/CD pipelines, performance, scalability and uptime across deployments in HCL ecosystems and client environments.

You will design multi-stage pipelines, automate tasks, and collaborate with global teams while contributing to monitoring, IaC, and on-call support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
• Proficiency in YAML, SQL and scripting (PowerShell/Shell/Python).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with hospital source systems (EMR or PAS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment pipelines and ensure availability.
• Design, build and maintain multi-stage CI/CD pipelines (gated builds, targeted tests, code-quality & security scans, safe release automation).
• Automate repeatable deployment tasks and workflows.
• Deploy and manage product installations across HCL and customer ecosystems.
• Contribute to monitoring and alerting infrastructure.
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code resources.
• Collaborate with global teams to align standards.
• Participate in On-Call schedule for production support.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate diagnostics, documentation, and repetitive tasks.
• Review work with team members as appropriate.
