Qualifikationen

• 4-7 years of hands-on backend development experience using Java.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and REST API development.
• Proven AWS experience including Step Functions, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, Aurora/SQL databases.
• Experience working with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Strong production support and operational troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to analyse logs and metrics to diagnose incidents and identify root causes.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Splunk, SignalFx or similar.
• Comfortable taking ownership of incidents through to resolution.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop and maintain scalable Java backend applications and RESTful APIs.
• Build and support cloud-native solutions within AWS environments.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, investigate root causes and implement long-term fixes.
• Debug workflow failures across distributed systems and messaging platforms.
• Safely recover workflows and automate recurring operational recovery processes.
• Monitor application health and performance using logs, metrics and observability tooling.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product and support teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in system reliability, operational excellence and developer experience.
