Job summary

NRMA Parks and Resorts is seeking experienced All-Rounder Couples for a casual role at Pumphouse Point on Lake St Clair. You’ll work across guest services, housekeeping and food and beverage, bringing a warm, guest-first approach.

Based in a remote location, you’ll need your own vehicle, a valid RSA, and a Certificate II in Hospitality; staff accommodation available, with opportunities to support across departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services and reservations systems.
• Background in food and beverage and/or housekeeping.
• RSA and Food Safety certificates are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences across departments.
• Support guest services, reservations, housekeeping and F&B as needed.
• Roster across multiple functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
