Alignerr is seeking a Hospital Health Data Governance Lead to shape how health data is used for AI training and evaluation. You will define governance standards, ensure accuracy and security of health records, and collaborate across clinical, IT, compliance, and operations to align data policies.

The role suits experienced data governance professionals who can work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment and contribute to high‑quality AI health data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experienced in healthcare data governance, data management or clinical data operations.
• Strong command of healthcare privacy, compliance and regulatory frameworks—HIPAA included.

Responsibilities

• Define and apply governance standards to ensure hospital health records are accurate, consistent and secure.
• Collaborate across clinical, IT, compliance and operations to align data policies and workflows.
• Evaluate and improve the quality, structure and reliability of health data used in AI training and evaluation.
• Identify data integrity issues, gaps in compliance and risks to data trustworthiness.
• Enable high-quality, governed data to support patient care, regulatory reporting, analytics and operations.
• Provide structured expert feedback on healthcare data quality and governance practices.
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule.
