Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Precision Medicine Data Lead to guide the integration, governance, and transformation of complex healthcare datasets into AI-ready insights for precision medicine and research.

You will design data pipelines across genomics, clinical records, and biomarkers, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with research goals while translating findings for scientists and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets.
• Experience in data integration, data governance, and translating complex data into clinical or scientific insights.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare datasets into unified analytics platforms
• Lead analytical strategies that transform complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine initiatives and clinical decision support
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment between data strategy and research goals
• Translate sophisticated findings into clear, meaningful outputs for both scientific and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute domain expertise to AI training projects focused on healthcare, genomics, and life sciences
