Alignerr is seeking a Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training) for a fully remote hourly contract. You will shape how health data is governed, high-quality data pipelines for AI training, and cross-functional collaboration across clinical, IT, and compliance teams.

The role requires deep expertise in healthcare data governance, HIPAA privacy regulation, and independent remote work capability, with 10–40 hours per week flexibility.

Who You Are

• Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations and compliance frameworks — particularly HIPAA

• Detail-oriented, systematic, and confident in evaluating complex data environments
• Able to communicate clearly and translate technical data issues for non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently in a remote setting

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in EHR systems, health informatics, or clinical data warehousing
• Familiarity with data stewardship, metadata management, or master data management (MDM)
• Experience working with research or regulatory data submissions in a hospital setting
