Job summary

Miss Amara Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to translate briefs into visually compelling designs across our content calendar, including weekly campaigns, eDMs, social, packaging, and photoshoots.

Reporting to the Art Director, you will ensure work remains on-brand while collaborating with junior designers and cross‑functional teams. The role supports photoshoots and Shopify assets, with a focus on consistency across AU, NZ, US, and HK markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑stage design projects, campaigns, packaging, or photoshoots.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorms and ensure work aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Conceptualize and execute on-brand designs across digital and print, websites, eDMs, organic channels, marketing materials, and packaging.
• Maintain a consistent brand look across markets (AU, NZ, US, HK) and adapt assets as needed.
• Support the Art Director by taking on tasks and keeping projects moving.
• Manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Ecommerce, and Trade teams to clarify briefs and explain design decisions.
• Support photoshoots end-to-end from lists to retouching.
• Design and build eDMs, website banners, Shopify assets, and print-ready packaging files.
