Job summary

Miss Amara Pty Ltd. is seeking a Graphic Designer to translate briefs into visually compelling designs across weekly campaigns, eDMs, social content, packaging, and photoshoots.

You will report to the Art Director and support the team while ensuring work remains on-brand and aligned with strategic goals. You will contribute ideas, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Ecommerce, and Trade teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience in e-commerce/retail.
• Strong portfolio across digital and print design.
• Expertise in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute fresh ideas in creative brainstorms, ensuring work aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Conceptualize and execute on-brand designs across digital and print, including websites, eDMs, packaging, and marketing materials.
• Maintain a consistent brand look across AU, NZ, US, HK, adapting assets for each market.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Art Director and keep projects moving smoothly.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Ecommerce, and Trade teams to take briefs and explain design decisions.
• Support photoshoots end-to-end, from shot lists to retouching and image selection.
• Design and build eDMs, website banners, and Shopify assets; prepare print-ready packaging files and organize asset library.

Job description

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to help bring the Miss Amara brand vision to life, translating creative briefs into visually compelling designs across our entire content calendar, from weekly campaigns and eDMs to social, packaging, and photoshoots. Reporting to the Art Director, you'll be the person who jumps in wherever the team needs you, keeps work on-brand, and collaborates smoothly with junior designers.

This is a remote, full-time role based in Australia.

What You'll Do

• Contribute fresh ideas in creative brainstorms, ensuring all work aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Conceptualize and execute on-brand designs across digital and print, websites, eDMs, organic channels, marketing materials, and product packaging.
• Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all markets (AU, NZ, US, HK), adapting assets as needed for each.
• Act as day-to-day support to the Art Director, picking up tasks and keeping projects moving without needing to be asked.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards throughout.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Ecommerce, and Trade teams to take clear briefs and explain design decisions.
• Support photoshoots end-to-end, from shot lists and styling prep to on-set assistance, image selection, and retouching.
• Design and build eDMs, website banners, and Shopify assets, while preparing print-ready files for packaging and labelling, and keeping the shared asset library organized.

What You'll Bring

• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or interiors.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stage design projects, campaigns, packaging, or photoshoots, from brief to final delivery.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, with a genuine interest in design trends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Essential skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop (including retouching), Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Nice to have: After Effects, Premiere or CapCut, Canva, Klaviyo, Shopify, AI image tools, or photography/styling experience.
