Qualifications

• 3-6 years of professional backend development experience with Golang in production.
• Experience building data pipelines and backend systems processing data at scale.
• Familiar with AI monitoring, observability, and integrating AI workflows into production.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and backend infrastructure.
• Build backend services that integrate with AI Agent systems and workflows.
• Develop monitoring and alerts for data quality, pipeline stability, and AI health.
• Collaborate with AI, Product, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to align backend needs.
• Maintain and enhance services for reliability and performance during evolution.
• Contribute to distributed systems and microservice architectures with operational focus.
