• Degree in supply chain, engineering, operations or business.
• Experience leading global supply chain in regulated industries.
• Proven transformation and change management track record.
• Experience with international suppliers and manufacturers.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• ERP, planning, and analytics proficiency.
• Leadership of high-performing teams.
• Ability to influence executives while hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Lead global supply chain strategy for scalability and efficiency.
• Redesign procurement, planning, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
• Develop strategies balancing cost, quality, risk, service, compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Lead global demand planning and inventory management.
• Oversee international logistics, freight, warehousing, temperature control.
• Build and manage a global team of six supply chain professionals.
• Partner with CEO and cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Commercial, Finance).
• Support growth with scalable systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations in a regulated industry.
