DeLaval seeks a Global Customer Support Engineer Associate to join our international Digital Services team. This role suits an early-career engineer who enjoys problem-solving, customer support, and cloud-connected technologies in a global environment.

You will maintain and support DeLaval's digital products, collaborating with Product Management, DevOps, Engineering, and regional support teams to investigate issues and coordinate resolutions.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, IT, CS or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in technical support, application support, service operations, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience with Jira, Opsgenie, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to cloud-based technologies, monitoring tools, or DevOps environments.
• Knowledge of the dairy industry.

Mansioni

• Monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents relating to digital products and services.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and service technicians.
• Escalate and coordinate complex issues with Product, DevOps, and Engineering teams.
