Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Geospatial Analysis Specialist to work remotely on training data for AI systems. You will apply your domain knowledge to shape model learning and reasoning with high-quality real-world inputs.

No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. In this contract role, you will design and maintain spatial databases, perform geoprocessing in QGIS, develop plugins, and automate workflows with PyQGIS to deliver reproducible results.

Qualifications

• Expertise in QGIS, including spatial database management, geoprocessing, and map production.
• Strong Python proficiency with PyQGIS automation.
• Understanding of coordinate systems and data transformation.
• Ability to customize QGIS via plugins or scripting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to produce professional cartographic outputs for decision-making contexts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple projects.

Responsibilities
