Job summary

DotCollective is hiring a Full Stack JavaScript Engineer to join our Connect Product squad. You will design, build, and maintain high-performance eCommerce solutions that delight clients and scale with growth.

You’ll work with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), collaborate with designers and delivery leads, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence while mentoring peers. Remote-first with occasional Melbourne space options.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with React, Node.js, and TypeScript, plus cloud deployment experience (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with Shopify Plus and headless CMSs (Sanity or Storyblok).
• Familiarity with Three.js or similar 3D/creative frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable, high-performance eCommerce solutions using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Delivery Leads, and Management to scope, estimate, and deliver projects.
• Architect solutions and deployments on AWS/GCP, maintaining high documentation standards across GitHub/Slack.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
