Job summary

Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation is seeking a Signature Events Coordinator to be the operational backbone of the Signature Events Team, delivering high‑profile fundraising events with focus, speed and accuracy. You will manage end‑to‑end event administration, donor communications, prize fulfilment, and reporting across Salesforce, GalaBid, Marketing Cloud and SharePoint.

The role requires at least 1 year of events or fundraising experience, tertiary qualifications, and a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• 1 year of events, fundraising, or coordination experience
• Tertiary qualifications are required
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Experience with Salesforce and GalaBid is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end event administration across multiple concurrent Signature Events
• Coordinate donor and guest communications and post-event follow‑ups
• Oversee prize procurement, stock fulfilment and event donations
• Prepare agendas and minutes for event committees and meetings
• Generate Salesforce reports and maintain accurate donor records
