Job summary

Anglicare Victoria is recruiting for the Pathways to Change program, an 8-week online group for individuals who have used violence. Sessions run online and from a Box Hill office, with flexible hybrid arrangements and intake set ups for court referrals.

The role supports multiple streams, involves 90-minute online group sessions with up to 10 participants, and requires experience in trauma-informed practice and risk assessment. Strong teamwork and tech proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or Family Violence.
• Experience facilitating group work (level 6 role).
• Experience with adults using violence, preferably court-ordered referrals.

Responsibilities

• Set up intake and assessment sessions (4-5 per week) for referrals from court.
• Provide group counselling online for up to 10 participants (90 minute sessions, 4-5 per week).
• Work across specialist streams (Easy English, Young Fathers, LGBTQIA+).
• Utilise technology and systems, including Microsoft Teams and Monday.com, for online delivery.
