Job summary

The Smith Family is seeking a Remote Family Partnership Coordinator to support Learning for Life families across Queensland, linking them with programs, referrals and community partners to boost school attendance and achievement.

You will build family partnerships, manage outreach, perform data entry and admin tasks, and collaborate with local teams. The role offers flexible work arrangements, coaching and growth opportunities within a values-driven charity.

Qualifications

• Experience building strong relationships with families and community stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and organise your day.
• Computer literacy and data entry task execution.
• Collaboration with team to support outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Take a family-centred approach, building partnerships with Learning for Life families.
• Support families to engage with The Smith Family's suite of educational programs.
• Complete administrative tasks and data entry to help plan your day and focus your efforts.
• Engage with community organisations, linking families to services, information and support.
• Contribute as valued member of a local Learning for Life Team, and collaborate with the broader organisation.
• Focus on personal and professional growth including on-the-job skill development and regular coaching with your leader.
