Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Estimator to support Australian building refurbishment tenders from a remote Philippines-based location. This independent contractor role collaborates with the Australian delivery team to prepare cost estimates, review drawings, and coordinate subcontractor pricing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction estimating, understands Australian trades and tendering, and can manage multiple live tenders in a remote setup.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating for Australian commercial or government projects.
• Experience pricing fit-outs, make-good works, refurbishments, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Direct experience with Australian-based construction companies, clients, or subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, and project specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Review project information from the Australian team and prepare accurate cost estimates from initial pricing through final submission.
• Break down tender requirements into trade packages and coordinate subcontractor pricing.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotes for cost, scope, exclusions, and value for money.
• Read drawings and specifications and perform quantity take-offs using tools like Bluebeam Revu.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns by trade and project element and manage tender records.
