Job summary
Secondmind, Cambridge, UK, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to connect engineering needs with our Engineering AI software. You will set product strategy and translate it into a clear backlog, guiding teams across the business to turn advanced capabilities into usable tools for design and calibration.
You will talk to customers to shape products, align roadmaps with business goals, and collaborate with product, UX, engineering, and marketing to anticipate future industry needs,
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in technical or B2B software.
- Strong ability to translate user needs into product requirements.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and shape product strategy based on customer needs and business goals.
- Champion a product-led culture and align stakeholders around the roadmap.
- Gather requirements with stakeholders and UX, prioritizing based on business value.
- Maintain and deliver the product backlog and roadmap.
- Collaborate with Engineering, AI Science, UX, Business Development, and Operations.
- Analyze markets and competitors to inform product decisions.
- Define and track key product metrics to drive improvements.
