Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, business operations, project management, or related field.
• Proven track record in designing and executing engagement initiatives and high-profile events.
• Experience with budgets, controls, and vendor/contract reviews.
• Strong communication skills, executive content development, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders through the Office of the CVP.
• Influence employee engagement and culture within a core strategic team.
• Own end-to-end ownership across communications, events, recognition programs, and listening initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize content development, event logistics, feedback analysis, and operations.
• Develop executive content and organizational messaging, plus change management updates.
• Plan and execute all-hands meetings, leadership forums, and team-building events.
