Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field is required or pursued.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts in writing.
• Detail-oriented with rigorous review of equations, circuit logic, and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Design complex engineering problems spanning circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, electromagnetics, and control systems to test AI.
• Author ground-truth solutions and benchmark responses to guide AI learning.
• Audit AI-generated engineering outputs for accuracy, safety, and adherence to IEEE/NEC standards.
• Refine AI reasoning by identifying and documenting logical flaws in engineering reasoning.
• Stress-test AI knowledge across embedded systems and simulations, documenting failure modes.
